Speiger e30ca4103f Fixed recent found bugs 
-Fixed: addAll with non Specific Collections was crashing lists.
-Fixed/Refactor: Clear and trim implementation was all over the place
-Fixed: Wrappers toString/hashCode/equals function wasn't implemented
-Added: Tests for addAll bug
-Refactor: Did small code style cleanups as I was fixing bugs.

Speiger 2ca14f4d4f First batch of JavaDoc that is being done. 
-Added: JavaDoc for Map Interfaces.
-Added: JavaDoc for Abstract Map/Collection/Set
-Added: Ignore JavaDoc for tests/builder code.
-Added: More JavaDoc for Arrays.

Speiger c0c719f2b6 Next big batch of features. 
-Added: Tests for IntSortedSet, IntNavigableSet.
-Added: Test Classes for: Open/Custom/Linked HashSet, TreeSets, ArraySet
-Changed: MemFreeMergeSort got improved by a lot.
-Fixed: Bugs that the tests uncovered.
-Note: TreeSets still have issues. But every other collection type is fixed.
