Variouse BugFixes and additions.

-Fixed: Bugs in Mappers causing problems when parsing library.
-Fixed: IConditon should throw a error with 0 arguments.
-Added: CacheFile is now sorted so you can remove caches easier.
-Removed: Unnessesary code.
-Added: Counters.
-Added: Gitignore
